Born Under the law of British nationality for children in the United Kingdom after January 1983 is not automatically entitled to British citizenship, unless it be the father (s British), Irish, or treated as legally established in birth (parents should for an indefinite or the nationality of a Member State of residence to meet the EU requirement to have).
